woah, I do think that site is very informative. It is where alot of my planning for my recovery came from. M wife printed out every article from there. It is also a good site for anyone struggling with the addiction even if they are not religious. The site is Chrstain in nature but the articles do not cram that down your throat and are open enough that anyone can see the fine points. Today we learned that the lease was approved on the house that we picked out. It will give us another room for the baby and it has a mother in law efficientcy attached to the carport so mom and others will have a nice room when they come to visit. We are excited and plan to move alot Thanksgiving weekend. We will have Christmas in the new house! Gregg70

Hi Gregg
Thanks for the comments in my journal. I am happy for you that things are looking up for you. You are correct I don't have a plan. My only plan is my determination not to slip back. I am very tired these days and under stress and work and study and for fitting in family as well. I guess I have to get out of that pattern as well. In the past these would have been triggers. Thanks for the support it keeps me ticking along. William

HI Gregg
I hope all is well with you. Don't allow the business distract you from recovery. I am sure it will not, but just said that anyways. Hope to see you here soon.

Just checking everyone.
The move is almost over. We have to move the fish aquarium, mop the kitchen and shampoo the carpets and the old place is history!
Now when we will get unpacked? Thats another story.
Today is my 90th day P and MB Free!!!!!! Ten days to go to 100 and then I will look towards the 6 month goal.
Tomorrow is my little girl's 2nd birthday~ I am both happy and sad. I cannot believe that she is already 2. I feel we are doing a great job raising her so far. She is so sweet and smart as a tack. She pitches the lil toddler fits but we ignore them and she will soon outgrow that.
I will post more later in the week. We have to get the new place ready for the birthday party Saturday!

It really helps me to know I have another dad with a kid around my child's age. I am truly happy for you and the milestones you are reaching.
Keep working your program during the chaos, but knowing you - you most likely already are.
Keep it up my friend. Stay the course.
Sawyer.

I am still alive and well. I am extremely busy with work right now and do not have time to get online at home. To be honest, I do not have time at work to even surf CNN or something.
I am watching 2 different locations for my company and traveling back and forth. No overnight stays so I sleep with the wife everynight and so life is good.
I am still sober and I am at 97 days! Three to go for the big yahooooo!
I apoligize to my friends here that I normally post and PM with. I will get back into the motions soon. I am doing well and not realy stressed right now, just short on time.
Stay the course and trust in the Lord.

100 DAYS !!!
Well its official. 100 days P and MB free. I did not do it alone. I had the support of my wife and many friends here on this board. Thank you all for your support, kicks in the arse, and constructive critism.
To my wife, thank you again for believing that I can beat this. Thank you for your love and support.
Tomorrow is another day and another goal.
Stay the course.

Whoa, I was beginning to think that my journal went AWOL but I found it all the way back on the 4th page. Ouch, I can tell that I have not posted in over a week.
Its 108 days and going strong. I continue to be very busy at work. I am managing 2 different locations and so my free time is spent more with the family than being online.
I am interviewing next week for the promotion that I have spoke of before. I want the position and feel I am ready for the challenge. I do not know what God wants however. I pray his will be done. If I get offered the position, I will be praying to him to give me guidiance.
My wife has finished her student teaching and has basically been offered a teaching job in the Fall. She is ready to pop with our son and she will get to stay at home with newborn Chase and 2 yr old Chloe until the Fall. That will be nice and I know she will enjoy the time at home with them. She still has a 4.0 with everything that is going on in her life. AMAZING!
I have not been able to do much with my course at SCF. I will be trying to get back on track with that after the holidays. Maybe before but it will depend on how much time I am splitting with the work locations.
I plan on reading more posts tonight and responding to some friends here that I have neglected.
Be strong,
Gregg70
