JohnG, like MJ made a splash and went away from the board, come back
No JohnG, less limericks too kind of gets me feeling blue I'll still pop in entering rhymes again even if the limericks are few

See, this is why I stay away from the haiku and with the limericks. Bad as my limericks are, they don't end up sounding like a bad art film, full of moody images.
JohnG, that said, my friend, I don't have it in me to vandalize your journal properly tonight. I will be glad to see you back, and I keep posting here in the absolute faith that your spirit will rise up and you will return here. When I give up that quiet hope, I will stop posting here.
Be thou well, and more than well. TEJ

I can't believe all the love here. Wow!
You know how they have other people accepting academy awards when the actual award winner can't come? Sometimes it's the presenter who accepts it, even though the presenter has nothing at all to do with the movie, or the person. I think they will mail it to the guy or something.
I wish I could accept all the love, wisdom, poems and well wishes on John G's behalf. Or perhaps we can find someone more worthy to accept it for him?
I'm a bit envious, I guess.
Anyway, this just proves that John has made a pretty huge impact on this board. I hope you come back soon John!
We don't care what state you're in. Just come back and say hi!

Hey, John!
There is always hope. Don't give up.
May God show you His presence and lift up your hand today!

A fellow seen visiting Boston was observed looking quite a bit lost and passerby overheard him say, "I miss the board." Well, get *back* here, friend. We miss you.
(there just aren't a lot of rhymes for Boston)

In Mayberry, it's the custom at Christmas to assemble non-material wish-lists. I'd like to ask you, friend, to bring your silence to an end and get back here and write in your journal sometime very damned soon before I completely lose it and spend the rest of my natural life thinking in cheesy rhymes.
Please.
Thank you.

A fellow, not born in Nantucket, tripped and fell headfirst into a bucket. He rolled on the ground and made lots of sounds and cried, "The bucket! Please shuck it!"
We are standing by, willing to keep you company (and even try to help) while you get your head out of the bucket, if this is what's happened to you. It is my sincere wish to be thoroughly embarrassed, ashamed, contrite and repentant when I visit your journal some fine day soon and find your reappearance here with the news that you've been sober since 14 November 2007. And, should that not be case, my friend, I'll just be happy to see you alive and ready to be well.
Still holding you in prayer. TEJ

A man wandering a pornified forest heard in the distance a chorus of monkeys who chattered, "Tell us, what is the matter? Are you in peril? Please don't ignore us!"
