I actually thought about looking at P because things are a bit stressful right now. Is it really going to make my life better? Answer: no

I'd like to join in too.
When I wake up tomorrow, I will have completed 6 days. My previous record was 7 days which was last week.
There are a couple of things that I realize have helped me to finally be on the right track after all these years. 1) it's not so much about the P, but changing my view toward woman, stop sexualizing them all the time. This is a theme I see on the boards a lot. 2) Don't look at any sexual images, no matter how "tame" they seem. Lets face it, there's enough beautiful women in the world today that I don't need to feed more images in my brain that will push me to the point of sexual frustration.
C Jam, your story about the Chinese girl rang true for me in the sense I saw sex in any attractive girl. I think your thought was a natural thought for someone who viewed P a lot. But by realizing how P has changed our mindset, it makes us not desire P.
So for me, my primary motivation is: I want to see a woman for who she really is and the only way I can achieve that goal is to stop feeding my brain with P (and anything closely related to it) and re-wiring my brain.
Congrats to all of you on your continued and future success.

Thanks cleanblue.
Beginning of day 7.
I just have to constantly have to remind myself, sometimes the only reason I'm doing something is to get some kind of sexual thrill, no matter how mild it may be. Even if it's as harmless as reading some article in the local newspaper, like an article about how the Morning after pill sales are booming. Why should I care? I started to read it, and thought, "do I really care about this?"
It's a completely harmless article but the point is, if I hadn't a different mindset, I wouldn't think twice about reading the article.

Our culture is so sexualized through the media. It takes a strong mind to reject it all and then humble yourself before God.

8 days completed, the beginning of day 9.
I woke up at 4:00am because I was just filled with energy. The last few days I had a hard time getting up, but today I just woke up excited.

9 days of no P or MB. Going on 10. I'm starting to lose count of the days so I have to come here to remember. I am really starting to lose the habit. Not only have I not viewed any P, I haven't even thought about it. One nondescript image came into my head for a second but I knocked it out immediately.
