well i definitely feel 'tainted' by the documentary i watched on tv the other night. I need to accord a greater sense of priority to maintaining my recovery than to informing myself on addiction (at least where potentially triggering images are concerned). It is enough to know that I am addicted to porn, and need to protect myself over informing myself. I am not invulnerable to relapse, if I felt so confident in my sobriety why would I feel the need to come here most days to report my progress? Sobriety is too valuable to me to sacrifice it on 'informing myself'. Behaviour Behaviour Behaviour (watching a doc on porn addiction was not one of my better decisions)

Unico,
In Frankenstein language:
Porn, no good.
No porn, good.
Porn addiction documentary, like fire. Fire bad!!
Be well.
