Is there too much self pity in my first post. It has been read 40 times and only 2 replies. I am reaching out for help, and could really use some help.

Don't worry too much about it - lots of people read posts without responding - it doesn't mean we don't like you!
Just keep posting (otherwise you are also giving other people lots of "reads" and not many "replies"!!)

Don't sweat it. I didn't get through the whole thing though because it was a bit triggering. I think on the board we try to stay away from too graphic of descriptions because we all have that private theater that can play in our mind at any given time if given the material to work with. I will look for more posts from you in the future though that maybe I can offer something for. Hang in there, it's a long, hard but incredible journey back to recovery.
You've done it once with alchohol, not it's time for the big time.
