STRONGDDDDM I wonder if "FREEDOM" might be better word to use. Because it has seven letters. Even after four days you would have "FREE". Or there might be another more appropriate seven letter word. Perhaps "STRENGTH", although that has eight letters. (It's the longest word in English with only one vowel, BTW, for trivia) "STRONGER" is seven letters, that might work. I don't know, just thinking.

STRONGWW today. That is half way to an M. I am quite happy with this. Away on buisiness at the moment. Have to work online at the moment. This is my way of staying away from a slip

This place is TOTALLY keeping me from a slip right now, lots of stress in the relationship. That is my biggest trigger, today is SSTTRRONGWWW+2, which means I am 5 days away from my first M, but MAN TODAY IS HARD -newbie

Hi all,
Just wanted to stop and congratulate every one of you, fantastic work, no slips yet, simply amazing. 1dayatatime, if you want to use a different word, I think that is a fantastic idea. The idea here is to reward yourself for each day of sobriety, and if FREEDOM or any other word works for you, excellent, go for it. My intention is to celebrate continuose sobriety together, and keep it positive. This thread kept me sober today. It was the outlet I needed.
