Ok, so for about a week now, I've been getting continual chest pain, but I know it's not just some injury. I've been getting those with high anxiety levels, nervousness, and stress... I know anxiety was high when I first experienced love, but that changed fast, and I know that it's all gone, but the pain is there. Is it because of the abstinence?

My guess is that stress is still there and probably fairly high. This is something I have experienced myself but, I will say that I also went to the Doctor to make sure. There is no way If i was having chest that I could not completely explain that I would just deal with it. I would definitely see a doctor, which in turn, will probably lower your stress levels with worrying over what is causing it.
I hope things get better for ya.

While echoing Kyle's advice that chest pain is NEVER something to ignore, I will share with you that my own (far too extensive) experience with panic or anxiety attacks has included chest pain that lasts for days and, at times, has been severe enough that I was convinced I was having a heart attack. Please see your doctor or a nurse practitioner. Sublingual (under the tongue) Klonopin at very low doses is an amazing way to break the physical symptoms of a panic attack, and I highly recommend it. As an aside, I will mention that my husband's withdrawal symptoms mimicked benzodiazepine withdrawal. Klonopin (and many other anti-anxiety drugs, such as Valium) either are or are related to benzodiazepine. I have wondered if some of the anxiety-related symptoms, including physical, that happened for him happened because his neurochemistry was changing--he'd been self-medicating with P/MB for so long and so often that, when he stopped, he had anxiety-attack symptoms. For more about what we and he documented about his withdrawal period (which was a big surprise to both of us when he chose sobriety): lightwave.proboards48.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1190403140&page=1#1190459212Wishing you well, and I hope you'll see your doctor.
